Hello I want to leave a review about mammoplasty, first of all I want to thank Nika from the very beginning she led me and very politely explained everything, sent me three doctors to choose from at a price policy that suits me. I chose a doctor, and after Nika sent a request to the clinic, confirmed the surgery, as well as she answered all my questions that I had. I ended up with Dr. Ergin Er. The doctor was very polite, listened to all my wishes and in 15 minutes I was put on the operating table. The operation was quick, surprisingly I had no pain, now the result is not clear, because the operation was a week ago.

It was an incredible experience from the very first minute — every detail was attended to carefully. The team showed amazing patience, answering each of my questions thoroughly and creating an atmosphere of complete trust and calm. Dr. Engin Ocal and his assistants demonstrated high professionalism, attention, and care. The surgery went flawlessly, and the result was exactly as I expected.

A minor drawback was that I wasn’t informed in advance about the 5% card payment fee, and the hotel turned out to be a bit noisy due to the nearby mosque. There were also minor misunderstandings with the hotel staff, but everything was resolved quickly, and the overall service left an excellent impression.

Wonderful experience from start to finish!
Dr. Vadim was the first person I came in contact with, he helped me through every step of the way. He was quick to answer all my questions at any time of the day or night. Everything was pre-arranged and all costs were included in the price of the treatment. I was treated by Dr. Engin Ojal and he was just peerless! I am very satisfied! An Exceptional Experience of Face&Necklifting in 45 yo female patient with Prof. Atacan Emre Koçman

I recently underwent a face and neck lift as well as a lower blepharoplasty and lip lift with Prof. Atakan Emre Koçman, an experienced facial reconstructive surgeon from Istanbul, and I was very satisfied with the results and the whole experience.

I spent a lot of time researching different surgical techniques and different surgeons before deciding to have the surgery, and ultimately chose this particular doctor because of his experience in deep plasty techniques. The surgery was done under general anesthesia and lasted five hours, everything went well. I felt completely comfortable and was able to return to my normal life almost immediately. I spent 2 nights in the clinic and then moved to a hotel for further rest and recovery. I had absolutely no pain after the surgery, just a little swelling, which was to be expected.

What struck me was how much Dr. Kotchman genuinely cared about my well-being. He constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable and answered any questions I had before and during recovery. It is rare to find a surgeon with such a perfect combination of technical knowledge and deep empathy for his patients.

I am very pleased with the results and would recommend Prof. Atakan Emre Kocman to anyone considering undergoing similar procedures. I will definitely come back here for a revision when I need one in 10-15 years.

I would also like to recommend the IME team who organized everything (all logistics, from the airport and to Istanbul, blood tests, hotel accommodation, etc.), the constant supervision and support from Dr. Vadim and Ozan.

I had rhinoplasty and revision blepharoplasty with Dr. Engin Ocala in December and my experience was extremely positive.
The preparation process started for me a few months before surgery with Dr. Vadim, who provided me with exceptional support on WhatsApp throughout this period. We exchanged many messages during which he answered all my questions, reassuring me of all my insecurities and doubts. The trust he placed in me about the clinic and its medical team was such that my decision to have surgery with Dr. Ocala was made within days.
It was he who organized all the logistics of my stay in Istanbul down to the smallest detail.

The surgery itself went very well. I especially appreciated the opportunity to meet with Dr. Ocal one more time for a quick unscheduled consultation before flying home, which allowed me to be completely reassured and have all my questions answered. The entire support team, including Nisa, Dr. Ocal’s assistant, was very helpful and friendly during my clinic visits.

During my stay at the clinic, I also underwent several non-surgical aesthetic procedures with Dr. Mehmet Cimen. And I really appreciated his advice and high professionalism. I will definitely return to Istanbul to have some more cosmetic procedures with him in the future.

Finally, my dream came true and I had mammoplasty. I would like to share my experience. Of course, like many others, I monitored the options and settled on the Aesthetic clinic and Dr. Ergin Er. A coordinator named Vadim contacted me. To say that he is a miracle man is to say nothing. Initially, Vadim answered all my questions immediately and, what is important, at any time. From Canada for Rhinoplasty from Dr. Öcal

I travelled from Canada to get rhinoplasty from Dr. Öcal after seeing his work online. I reached out to get more information on booking a surgery, and right away Doctor Vadym had helped me get started with every single detail. His english was great and he answered all my questions effectively. I was really nervous with the booking but he made sure I had all the information I needed like my surgery plan, my travel details, and even a detailed schedule for the transportation. He also checked up on me after my surgery to see how I was feeling.

When I arrived at Doku clinic it was stunning. Very clean and lots of friendly staff.
The girls that were helping me answered all my questions and helped me fill out my forms. The nurses were very attentive and kind and always checked on me to make sure I was ok. I was always taken care of.

My meeting with Dr. Öcal Was great. He is very friendly and you can tell has a lot of expertise. He showed me the 3D scan of my nose and answered all my questions before surgery.
After surgery he also checked to make sure I was okay and showed me pictures of my nose before and after, so I didn’t have to wait a week to see it.
On the follow-up appointment to take the bandaid off, he showed me all the tips for aftercare of my nose, and relieved my nervousness I had about swelling.

Dream come true
I have to say that I never felt this safe before. I knew from the beginning I am in good hands. My biggest dream was to have a rhinoplasty and being able to breath normally again. Dr. Vadym was amazing he suggested dr. Engin Öcal, he organised everything asking regularly how do I feel, answering all my questions and concerns. He was like a really good friend you always know you can count on and also very professional. The results are amazing and I feel relaxed as I know I can still reach him if I have concerns.
