The next day (the day of the operation), they took me to the clinic, did all the procedures and checks, and immediately gave me the necessary medications. The transplant itself was comfortable - there was pain only at the beginning during anesthesia, and then I slept for most of the operation. I can’t evaluate the professionalism of the team that performed the transplant (I’m not a doctor), but it felt like they did the transplant confidently and competently. I had a hair transplant 4 days ago at the Cosmedica clinic. I chose the DHI Sapphire package. I was met from the airport and taken to a good 5* hotel. The next day, I was brought to the clinic very early - in about 20 minutes. Transfer (This was the only drawback - I was not told the time, they called 15 minutes before arrival). But there was still breakfast, in a really modern and very clean clinic. There are a lot of employees. Coordinators, photographers, nurses, translators of many languages, cleaners, etc. Hair analysis showed about 3,000 transplants. In the end, I had 3,700 grafts in one day (about 7 hours). There were enough leaflets for each topic to read all the information received. A day later, there was a control examination, and another day, hair washing at the clinic. All necessary transfers went without waiting. They washed my head and a taxi came to take me to the airport. Conclusion: I can highly recommend this clinic in terms of process, hotel and transfers, but I can't write anything about the result yet. He also came in during the surgery, looked and asked if everything was okay. The next day, after washing my hair, I returned to Germany. I am now in regular contact with Johannes as I have questions from time to time. He always answers within 5-10 minutes. A telephone meeting was also held where additional information was discussed. In general, the contact with Cosmedica was very good and friendly. All my questions were answered so I finally booked my surgery days with a very good feeling. After the operation and return to Germany, I was contacted for a period of post-operative treatment. First of all, the questions I was interested in were discussed, such as "When can I start wearing a wig?" or even photos of the state of the transplant area. I can say that in the first 4 weeks I had absolutely no problems. I am very happy that the support from the German branch went so well and I can only say that I recommend them.
