Finally, my dream came true and I had mammoplasty. I would like to share my experience. Of course, like many others, I monitored the options and settled on the Aesthetic clinic and Dr. Ergin Er. A coordinator named Vadim contacted me. To say that he is a miracle man is to say nothing. Initially, Vadim answered all my questions immediately and, what is important, at any time. He was always in touch with me. He supported me and I calmed down morally. Since, as you understand, flying to an unknown place for my dream was very scary. Vadim was always online with me. And I was not mistaken. Everything went great for me. Dr. Ergin Er has golden hands and this doctor is the best of the best. At the clinic, a girl named Varvara met me at the very door. She was my translator throughout my entire stay in Turkey. A very responsive, pleasant and wonderful girl. And, by the way, after my stay in this country, both Varvara and Vadim were in touch with me. And it was very nice when after the work was done they were interested in your well-being and supported you. You get answers to all your questions and you are just happy. Many thanks to everyone!!!

Hello I want to leave a review about mammoplasty, first of all I want to thank Nika from the very beginning she led me and very politely explained everything, sent me three doctors to choose from at a price policy that suits me. I chose a doctor, and after Nika sent a request to the clinic, confirmed the surgery, as well as she answered all my questions that I had. I ended up with Dr. Ergin Er. The doctor was very polite, listened to all my wishes and in 15 minutes I was put on the operating table. The operation was quick, surprisingly I had no pain, now the result is not clear, because the operation was a week ago.

Hello everyone, I will tell you about my experience, I had breast implant explantation and breast mastopexy and I just have to say it was wonderful, from Dr. Era to the anesthesiologist and the entire hospital staff and last but not least you can count on the wonderful Sebnem who is an extraordinary person and very professional she is an excellent interpreter!!!! I would come back a thousand times if necessary. This is not a recommendation because we are all different, I am just telling you how it was for me and that my experience was sensational as I trusted them from the first day I spoke to Sebnem and what she promised me she delivered. I thank again the doctors who operated on me and all the staff at the clinic, they are all wonderful. I hope my experience will be helpful to someone else. Thank you very much.

Good afternoon. I want to thank Experts Medical, especially Tatiana, Karina and Maria for their professional approach, advice and just a human attitude. I decided to have rhinoplasty.
I was consulted and asked all professionally important and necessary questions.
The girls helped me decide on the choice of a doctor, during the week they sent different options, and I finally found what I was looking for. Questionnaires of doctors are very competently compiled. All information, work experience, merits, the doctor’s work itself, his website, what the doctor offers, the amount of the surgery, the website of the clinic in which the surgery is performed.
We also booked tickets at a good price and made insurance.
Upon arrival, we were met by a pre-booked transfer.
Then I was given the choice of the hotel in which I was supposed to stay after the surgery (the hotels are located next to the clinic. I enjoyed walking the streets of Istanbul after the examinations at the clinic! The conditions were also good, with the exception of very loud neighbors, but again thanks to the girls for their concern and communication 24/7, they asked the hotel to change our room! We changed the room on the same day and we slept peacefully.)
They also sent me the website of the clinic where I stayed for a day after the operation.
The conditions in the clinic are simply gorgeous! The staff is very attentive, every half hour someone came and asked if we needed something, food, water, whatever …. nice. There was a nurse call button just in case. Called several times, came in less than a minute.
The food is delicious (like for a hospital), you can go out to the lobby, there is Starbucks, and other shops and pharmacies if you need something.
I did all the tests in the clinic in general in less than 2 hours, all this time I was accompanied by translators.
The operation went well and I recovered quickly. If possible, take someone close to you for support and help. In my case, my husband flew with me. He was also with me in the clinic the day after the operation. It helped me a lot mentally and physically. Although, as I said, the medical staff is very attentive and is always there if anything, but there is nothing better when a loved one is nearby.
After the clinic, we were sent to the hotel to recover, before discharge they brought all the necessary medicines.
The girls from Experts Medical texted 5 times every day!! All the time I felt care and concern! They asked how you were feeling, if there were any problems or questions, if everything was in order at the hotel, they explained how to call a taxi if necessary, any question was answered immediately and in detail.
On the 3rd day I began to worry and wind myself up, the girls calmed down, contacted the doctor, asked me to send a photo of the problem that worried me, sent it to the doctor, everything turned out to be fine and I just wound myself up (which is normal for everyone after such an operation. The girls reacted with understanding and even asked the doctor to do an additional examination for me to calm me down (this was not necessary, as the girls supported me and assured me that everything was fine, and I calmed down).
For 3 days we fully walked around Istanbul and enjoyed the beauties and history.
On the day of the follow-up examination, Experts Medical were also in touch, and on any issue they were always in touch before and after.
The doctor examined my nose, took off the splint, put on plasters, consulted, and we said goodbye.
The next morning we had a plane, the girls checked us in for the flight, which significantly saved us time.
Transfer on arrival and on the day of departure was served on time.
In the morning, they clarified whether everything was in order, whether they met us and how they got there, and wished us a good flight.
Even after I arrived home, the girls also stay in touch and are ready to answer any question and contact the doctor if necessary.
I want to thank you again for your professionalism and support! It was a pleasure to work with you! I was not mistaken in you, but on the contrary, I was very lucky to have you.

I’ve had hair and eyebrows transplant with Oya Şişman as well as rhinoplasty with Dr Ergin. My overall experience was amazing at Istanbul Aestethic Centre. From the moment I contacted this clinic Ege ( coordinator) was always there to answer all my questions. He even replied to my messages after his work hours and on weekends due to the time difference. He explained everything in the smallest details and organised everything before my arrival. He made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. He was always there during my consultation, appointments and procedures up until my last day in Istanbul. Oya and her team started my hair and eyebrows transplant on Monday 26.10.22 and they were amazing. Very friendly, very welcoming and very calm and professional. Oya made sure I felt comfortable as I was a bit nervous. She offered to wash my hair everyday as I was struggling to wash it at home due to the following Rhinoplasty procedure. Dr Ergin who performed my Rhinoplasty was very professional, very experienced and open to any question. He was also very honest with his advise which I appreciated. Even though I have some swelling left however, I already love the results of my nose, hair and eyebrows.
