Overall good experience, Dr Leyla and her team are friendly and professional and procedure was prompt and efficient. The whole process of booking and getting to the clinique was hassle free. Transportation was reliable.
However, I have given 4 stars on the basis there were 2 factors that could’ve been better.
1) The booking of the hotel was not done properly as room was not booked prior to me arriving, and I had to switch hotels post op just after 2 days.
2) I was not given any painkillers post op and had to wait till next morning to buy the meds I needed. If I had known this I would’ve brought my own.
This is more directed at admin to clear out for future, (that post op meds are not inclusive.)
Other than that thank you for the service provided coming to 1 month period and starting to see positive results.
I would recommend the surgery if you are looking for skilled surgeons.

Dr. Leila is my favorite doctor, I trust her work very much, she is accurate, honest and has a strong experience in the field of cosmetic surgery. I chose her after extensive research among Istanbul doctors and I think she is the best. I had fillers, botox, profilo and upper eyelid fat removal surgery with her and I am now in the recovery phase and I feel an improvement in the shape of my eyes every day. Although I have not reached the final result yet, I can see the improvement every day.

I strongly recommend Quartz Clinic.
I researched about various clinics for a long time and chose this one carefully and I am happy that my choice was the best.
The surgery coordination team, especially Mrs. Gulshen, answered my concerns and questions in any situation, even outside of working hours. Dr. Leila carefully pays attention to the patient’s wishes and provides the desired result.
In general, a professional and experienced team with friendly behavior and commitment has made Quartz Clinic one of the best available options.

I began working with Dr. Leyla this year and have trusted her with a handful of surgeries as I bounced back from weight loss. Her refined aesthetic, coupled with her deep skill, make her my person for this work.
Knowing you have an advocate in the operating room is so important. When I look at my body, I see the intentionality that lets me know that she’s deeply in the details and is pursuing the very best outcome for me.
Not to mention, her team is wonderful too.

I had an under- and upper eyelid surgery one month ago at quartz Clinique. And all I can say is thank you so much! It was the best decision in my life to go to Dr. Leyla Arvas, she is such a nice person and very professional. When I had my first conversation with her, she immediately understood my problem and explained to me the possibilities of what she could do. I admire her sense of aesthetics and her understanding. It was a great pleasure for me to meet her and the whole team. If you decide to go to her it would be helpful when you speak English or Turkish. I speak English and also a little Turkish so for me it wasn’t a big problem.
I also liked the after-care communication with the Quartz-Team. You can talk with them at WhatsApp whenever you have questions and they react very quickly.
This small surgery changed my life and my face is shining now 🙂 I’m very happy. Thanks a lot.
