The girls helped me decide on the choice of a doctor, during the week they sent different options, and I finally found what I was looking for) The questionnaires of doctors are very competently compiled. All information, work experience, merits, the doctor’s work itself, his website, what the doctor offers, the amount of the operation, the website of the clinic in which the operation is performed.
We also booked tickets at a good price and made insurance)
Upon arrival, we were met by a pre-booked transfer.
Then I was given the choice of the hotel in which I was supposed to stay after the operation (the hotels are located next to the clinic) I walked the streets of Istanbul with pleasure after examinations at the clinic! The conditions were also good, except for very loud neighbors, but again thanks to the girls for the concern and communication 24/7, she asked the hotel to change our room! We changed the room on the same day and we slept peacefully))
They also sent me the website of the clinic where I stayed a day after the operation.
The conditions in the clinic are simply gorgeous! The staff is very attentive, every half hour someone came and asked if we needed something, food, water, anything …. nice) there was a nurse call button just in case. Called several times came in less than a minute.
The food is delicious (as for a hospital), you can go to the lobby, there is Starbucks, and other shops and pharmacies if you need something)
I did all the tests in the clinic in general in less than 2 hours, all this time I was accompanied by translators.
The operation went well and I recovered quickly. If possible, take someone close with you for support and help) In my case, my husband flew with me) He also stayed with me in the clinic for a day after the operation) it helped me a lot both morally and physically) even as I said the honey staff is very attentive and is always there if anything, but there is nothing better when a close person is nearby)
After the clinic, we were sent to the hotel to recover, before discharge they brought all the necessary medicines)
The girls from Experts Medical texted 5 times every day!! All the time I felt care and concern! They asked how you feel, are there any problems or questions, is everything in order at the hotel, explained how to call a taxi if necessary, any question was answered immediately and in detail)
On the 3rd day, I began to worry and wind myself up, the girls calmed down, contacted the doctor, asked me to send a photo of the problem that worried me, sent it to the doctor, everything turned out to be fine and I just wound myself up a lot (which is normal for everyone after such an operation), the girls reacted with understanding and they even asked the doctor to do an additional examination for me to calm me down (it wasn’t necessary because the girls supported me and assured me that everything was fine, I calmed down)
3 days we fully walked around Istanbul and enjoyed the beauty and history)
On the day of the control examination, they were also in touch, and on any issue they were always in touch before and after)
The doctor examined my nose, took off the splint, stuck plasters, consulted and we said goodbye)
The next morning we had a plane, the girls checked us in for the flight, which significantly saved us time)
Transfer on arrival and on the day of departure was served on time.
In the morning, they clarified whether everything was in order, whether they met us and how they got there, wished us a good flight)

I am a client from Kazakhstan, Astana. I contacted Medical Experts to organize blepharoplasty in ID Hospital (Seoul) and was very satisfied with their work.

I had rhinoplasty and revision blepharoplasty with Dr. Engin Ocala in December and my experience was extremely positive.
The preparation process started for me a few months before surgery with Dr. Vadim, who provided me with exceptional support on WhatsApp throughout this period. We exchanged many messages during which he answered all my questions, reassuring me of all my insecurities and doubts. The trust he placed in me about the clinic and its medical team was such that my decision to have surgery with Dr. Ocala was made within days.
It was he who organized all the logistics of my stay in Istanbul down to the smallest detail.
The surgery itself went very well. I especially appreciated the opportunity to meet with Dr. Ocal one more time for a quick unscheduled consultation before flying home, which allowed me to be completely reassured and have all my questions answered. I travelled from Canada to get rhinoplasty from Dr. Öcal after seeing his work online. I reached out to get more information on booking a surgery, and right away Doctor Vadym had helped me get started with every single detail. His english was great and he answered all my questions effectively. I was really nervous with the booking but he made sure I had all the information I needed like my surgery plan, my travel details, and even a detailed schedule for the transportation. He also checked up on me after my surgery to see how I was feeling.

Finally, my dream came true and I had mammoplasty. I would like to share my experience. Of course, like many others, I monitored the options and settled on the Aesthetic clinic and Dr. Ergin Er. Dream come true
I have to say that I never felt this safe before. I knew from the beginning I am in good hands. My biggest dream was to have a rhinoplasty and being able to breath normally again. Hello I want to leave a review about mammoplasty, first of all I want to thank Nika from the very beginning she led me and very politely explained everything, sent me three doctors to choose from at a price policy that suits me. Had 20 crowns done/ and a small area of liposuction done on my abdominal area in turkey with experts medical a few weeks ago,so far so good,was contacting many companies while in UK, Natalia reached out to me and was fantastic,special thanks to her who was an honest,genuine and great person who cared about my needs and put me at ease before,while in turkey and after.

Plastic surgery
I would like to write about my experience with Dr. Konstantin Siminenko. I researched the internet for the best plastic surgeons in Turkey. Konstantin texted me on WhatsApp. He asked me a few questions about age, what I want to do and send him my photos. He asked me when I am planning the surgery. I planned in August, as I have trips in July, but Konstantin suggested that maybe have the surgery earlier before my trip and I realized that this was the best solution. After that, there was an answer that he would find out who would suit me in terms of price and quality. He received a response from Professor Yakup Cil. Everything was written in the contract, what operation, cost and everything that is included in this cost. So it’s happened so quickly and spontaneously, but this is all thanks to Konstantin’s confident voice and his qualified and competent answers to my worries. I asked him a lot of questions and how I can pay, it’s great that it’s not a problem with a credit card from foreign country. Konstantin was always in touch with me, 24/7 despite the time difference, and he gave me confidence that everything will be fine. Then he connected me with the manager Eldar, whom I didn’t bother with so many questions, and already he sent me the details of the meeting at the airport, and so on. Interpreter Nargiz contacted me, a very nice, smiling girl, and upon arrival she was helped by another translator Sevil very pleasant, and we also had a good conversation with her. On the first evening after the surgery, I wrote to Konstantin: “In general, I have already had a surgery. Until I saw the result) in any case, thank you for your help. Your voice and answers were very encouraging and I didn’t look for anything else and rushed to the embrasure”. Once again I thank Konstantin, thanks to him I decided on such a difficult decision that was important for me. It had to be done now or no one knows when. After two pregnancies, my wife needed diastasis and hernia treatment plus abdominal surgery on top of it. We are from Bulgaria and both of us have never traveled to Istanbul before. Understandably, we were very skeptical and fearful to do any arrangements online, because of potential scammers which the internet is full of.

Wonderful Dr. Ali! Made sure that our minds were in the same page. Stayed communicative throughout the procedure. He is an incredible surgeon who cares about the product of his work and the patients well-being. Ms. Nika was my contact. She called me to check in always responded to my messages within 5 minutes. They know what they are doing. My cast was removed 6 days post Op. 90 percent of the bruising and swelling was gone as well. Makkaram helped with translating and went out of his way to make us feel taken care of. Hanging up my coat taking my husband out for food etc. They had plenty of English and Russian speaking personnel. They constantly asked if I had any questions and were happy to answer. Couldn’t recommend this team more.
