- If you find a lower cost for treatment in the same clinic, we undertake to offer you the same price.

How are medical services paid for?
Most patients pay for their treatment directly at the clinic upon arrival in the country, usually after consultation with a doctor.
When might an advance payment be required?
An advance payment may be necessary in exceptional cases, for example:
- Medical centers in Germany. Sometimes German clinics require an advance payment before starting treatment.
- Plastic surgery in Turkey. Some Turkish doctors ask for an advance payment of 10% to reserve an operating room or to fix the cost of aesthetic procedures. In such cases, payments are always made to the clinic or doctor’s account.
- Patients who require a visa. In such situations, an advance payment is required to prepare an invitation letter from the clinic.
In any case, the advance payment is made directly to the clinic or doctor’s account. Beauty by Experts Medical does not accept payments from patients to its accounts.
What guarantees of financial transparency does Beauty by Experts Medical provide?
- Plastic surgery. For patients choosing plastic surgery, we provide a clear program with doctor’s recommendations, fixed prices, and a guarantee of no hidden payments. You pay only for the services specified in the program, no additional payments.
- Treatment abroad. The cost of treatment is fixed according to the preliminary plan and does not change, except in special situations. If new data is discovered during the examination or the patient’s condition has changed, the doctor can make adjustments to the treatment plan. In such cases, the cost will be revised taking into account the new circumstances but is always agreed with the patient in advance.
Additional conditions:
- Travel booking is made on the basis of confirmed air tickets.
- If a visa is not required, there is no prepayment in most cases.
