Abdominoplasty Prices in Turkey

We will arrange a plastic surgery with the best doctor

Let’s talk about a perfect waist

In 2025, the cost of a tummy tuck in Turkey is estimated between €2,000 and €4,500. The operation type, the clinic, and add-ons as liposuction make up the very quote.

Many packages include tests, medications, anesthesia, a short stay in the hospital, dressings, and local transfers, and the main out-of-pocket add-on is airfare. The average hospital stay is 2 days and 4 days before the patient returns home by air.

Istanbul and Antalya providers propose clear pricing in terms of a program:

Istanbul Aesthetic Center posts “Abdominoplasty – €4,000.” This center’s high case volume – over 350 tummy tucks per year – which helps explain why it appears frequently in patient reviews.

Doku Medical Clinic (Istanbul) shows “Abdominoplasty from €3000.” In addition, you can save 20-30% when ordering an all-inclusive service.

Turkeyana Clinic (Istanbul) separates standard and extended packages: “Abdominoplasty without liposuction €1,950,” “Abdominoplasty 360 Full Abdo without VASER €3,250,” and with VASER liposuction €4,320.”

Green Village Aesthetic Center (Istanbul) lists the same extended options – €3,250 (no VASER) and €4,320 (with VASER) – plus “Abdominoplasty without liposuction €1,950.”

Lokman Hekim Istanbul Hospital lists: mini abdominoplasty €2,000, full €2,500, and Bodylifting (360 degrees) €3,000.

Simple mini tucks are found near the low end; complete tucks and circumferential body lifts are found higher up, especially when a lot of liposuction is involved.

What is typically included?

Most all-inclusive packages include the medical core and the trip basics: pre-op tests, anesthesia, the operation itself, consumables and medications used in clinic, a short inpatient stays, dressings, local transfers, and coordinator/translator assistance. The usual exclusion is airfare, so you purchase flights separately. The concept is straightforward: a single package is priced in such a way that foreign patients do not have to deal with unexpected extras in the recovery process.

Timing and stay

Programs will be scheduled around a brief early recovery in Turkey: 2 days in the hospital, then about 4 days in a hotel, before you are given the go-ahead to fly. That window coincides with the time most clinics book dressing changes and early follow-ups.

Abdominoplasty types and average costs

Mini tummy tuck

Addresses loose skin and mild laxity below the belly button. It involves a shorter, bikini-line incision and does not typically involve any navel displacement. The difference is visible in price lists in Turkey: Lokman Hekim displays €2,000 mini and €2,500 full tuck in the same hospital. The gap indicates a smaller field of operation and reduced time in the OR.

Full (classic) tummy tuck

A hip-to-hip incision enables the removal of additional skin and fat, tightens the abdominal wall where necessary, and reshapes/repositions the belly button following redraping. Since these are included in the routine procedure when required, the clinics offer a single price of tummy tuck instead of listing price of muscle plication or umbilical work separately. Published examples in Istanbul range around €2,500-€4,500 – e.g. €2,500 in Lokman Hekim, €4,000 in Istanbul Aesthetic Center, and €4,400 in Doku Medical.

Muscle repair (diastasis)

For many patients – especially after pregnancy – rectus plication is performed during a full tuck. It’s typically included in the quoted price when clinically required. A separate fee is unusual unless a special situation (e.g., hernia repair with mesh and assistance from a general surgeon) changes the plan and setting.

Umbilicoplasty (navel work)

Creating a new opening for the navel is part of full or extended abdominoplasty; it’s not needed in a mini. Turkish teams do this as part of the operation rather than as a stand-alone add-on. You’ll see separate pricing only when someone seeks an isolated umbilical revision or an umbilical hernia repair outside the tummy tuck context.

Combination surgery

Many travelers choose a bundle such as a Mommy Makeover (tuck + breast procedure, often with liposuction). Bundling can be a better value than booking each operation separately. As one reference point, Lokman Hekim lists a Mommy Makeover at €5,500, which effectively groups a ~€2.5k tummy tuck with a breast operation and, when indicated, liposuction – often at a friendlier combined rate than piecemeal scheduling.

High‐definition (“6‐pack”)

There are clinics that do sculpting, which is a tummy tuck mixed with high-tech lipo and etching to define the rectus muscles. Estetik International advertises a high-end “Six pack Abdominoplasty” and “Full body modelling – €6,590,” demonstrating that the budget can be brought to nearly €6k and still be competitive on an international level.

tummy tuck surgery in turkeyWhy Istanbul Aesthetic Center often appears in examples

It got the popularity thanks to more than 350 tucks per year, which aligns with its posted €4,000 abdominoplasty program and the clinic’s broad “all‐inclusive” mindset for international visitors. Standardized working processes and large volumes are likely to result in the same quote package.

A quick note on what affects your quote (men and women)

The same considerations affect women and men in different clinics: the type of procedure (mini vs. full vs. extended), inclusion of liposuction, the surgeon, and the structure of the program in the clinic. These determinants are explicitly listed in the guide, which validates the general $2,000-4,500 corridor; there are longer or sculpted packages further up the list.

In brief: mini tucks can be found at prices as low as €2,000, full tucks tend to fall around €2,500-€4,500, 360/fleur-de-lis is likely to cost €3,000-€4,320, and high-definition sculpting can be found at prices as high as €5,990-€6,590. International patients feel predictable when it comes to package inclusions and not the incision pattern.

What’s included in a quote – item by item (with real inclusions you can expect)

Two ways clinics present prices. Now you’ll see procedure‐only price lists (you arrange travel yourself) and all‐inclusive packages (the clinic + coordinator handle logistics). For example, Istanbul Aesthetic Center publishes a clear fee schedule:

  • Mini Abdominoplasty €2,000.
  • Abdominoplasty €2,500.
  • Bodylifting (360) €3,000, plus liposuction by area.

These are surgical programs without bundled hotel/transfers.

What complete packages generally entail

The spelling of the package of 360 liposuction + abdominoplasty makes it clear that there is no guesswork: hospitalization (typically 1 night in the hospital), surgery and all the medical costs, pre- and post-consultations, hotel (typically 6-7 nights), all the transfers (airport = hotel = clinic), interpreter, and a 24/7 coordinator. The common exclusion is airfare.

full tummy tuck

The result of Murat Sarici’s operation

What is a full tummy tuck, clinically

The standard tuck includes excess skin/fat, tightening the abdominal wall (diastasis repair) where necessary, and a new opening of the belly button afterward once all the redraping is done – thus clinics do not list muscle plication or umbilical work as separate charges where they form part of a complete plan. The typical course is described as staying approximately 2 days in the hospital and approximately 4 days in a hotel before you fly home.

Where add‐ons appear on a bill:

  • Liposuction: at some centers, it is priced by zone (e.g. Lokman Hekim tiers); others include it as part of a 360+ tummy tuck. Program notes can also include a note of discounts on additional lipo areas other than the abdomen/sides/back.
  • Technology bundles: packages can be posted with or without VASER liposuction. A clear example is Turkeyana (and Green Village), where Abdominoplasty 360 Full Abdo is €3,250 without VASER and €4,320 with VASER; a standard abdominoplasty without lipo sits at €1,950.

Quick checklist when reading any quote

Confirm (1) procedure-only or all-inclusive, (2) inclusion of lipo and zones, (3) number of inpatient versus hotel nights that the program includes, (4) presence of a coordinator + interpreter during the stay – the program cards are clear on these points.

What drives your price in practice

Procedure plan and scope

Prices vary according to the kind of tummy tuck (mini vs full vs extended), the amount of skin/fat that needs to be eliminated, and the use of lipo. The classic/full costs more than a mini since more tissue is covered; one combined with 360 liposuction increases the operating time and consumables, and that is why circumferential packages are quoted higher than a standalone tuck.

Extended variants raise the total

When your case requires circumferential repair (belt-type/”360″ or fleur-de-lis pattern to fix vertical laxity), the quotes will be at the high end. You can observe this directly on program pages: Turkeyana and Green Village charge €3,250 (360 without VASER) and €4,320 (with VASER), and a standard abdominoplasty without liposuction charges €1,950 – a simple way to see how scope and technology transform the figure. Lokman Hekim puts Bodylifting (360) at €3,000, which is close to the same band.

Clinic setting and program structure

Big private and aesthetic centers have varying prices depending on the resources available at their centers and how they package their services. The 360 lipo + tummy tuck programs, which today cost between around €2,900 and €6,500, are displayed on each card and show exactly what is included. That visibility allows you to see the end-to-end cost of trips, not the operating room cost.

Stay length and timing

The average visitor plans 2 inpatient days and 4 hotel days prior to departure, hence the reason why you will frequently see 6-7 hotel nights on package cards. Dressings and early check-ins are booked within this window; removal of sutures often occurs on day 10-14 (or dissolvable sutures, depending on the surgeon).

Women and men – how clinics quote

Program pages don’t split prices by gender; they present procedure‐based quotes. Women frequently need muscle tightening after pregnancy; men after weight loss may need wider excision or 360 work.

Your plan – and the time and resources it requires – is what sets the final figure.

There are three typical budgeting directions

  • Procedure‐only, self‐planned travel: e.g., Lokman Hekim (€2,000 mini / €2,500 full, lipo by zones). You do the hotel and transfers yourself.
  • All‐inclusive convenience: e.g., Istanbul Aesthetic Center 360 lipo + tummy tuck €4,500 (7 days) – hospital night, hotel, transfers, interpreter, and coordinator included on the card.
  • Premium sculpting bundle: e.g., Estetik International “Abdominoplasty 6-Pack €6,590” and Full body modeling €6,590, with high-tech and contouring mixes.

Personal factors that shape your quote (both genders)

abdominal surgery

Diastasis recti and postpartum changes

In a complete tummy tuck, the diastasis is tightened in many women after pregnancy; this is included in the standard procedure when necessary. One reason full abdominoplasty is quoted higher than mini is that muscle repair.

Smoking and nicotine

Nicotine affects the healing process of wounds and increases the risks. It is about wound issues, unsatisfactory scarring, infection, and other potential dangers of a tummy tuck, so you should carefully review the risks and benefits with your surgeon. Nicotine is commonly requested to be quitted by patients long before.

Hernias discovered on evaluation

Abdominoplasty may sometimes treat small umbilical or ventral hernias. Modern reports and series discuss safe combined methods – open or laparoscopic – when done with care to preserve the umbilical blood supply. In case a general surgeon helps or mesh is suggested, it can alter the price and the circumstances.

Men vs. women

There are program cards with procedure-based pricing (mini, full, 360, with or without lipo) instead of gender-based pricing. Practically, women require muscle tightening after childbirth, and men may require more extensive skin excision or 360-degree work after weight loss, so the scope of operation, rather than gender, is the driver of the quote.

Recovery planning affects your trip budget

The majority of providers recommend a brief inpatient stay and multiple hotel nights before the flight (you have seen 6-7 hotel nights listed on many program cards). For general recovery milestones, compression garments, activity limits, and a gradual return to normal.

Surgeon and clinic factors (and how they influence cost and comfort)

In general, Turkish clinics have more renowned surgeons (many “stars” of plastic surgery practice), and a slightly broader range of clinic types – from high-end hospitals to smaller specialty centers.

Board‐certified plastic surgeon

Select surgeons who have board credentials and hospital/clinic privileges. Focus on board-certified plastic surgeon selection and member-qualification requirements; this is a viable method of verifying training and scope of practice. (Most surgeons in Europe also take the EBOPRAS exam under the UEMS plastic-surgery section – another quality stamp.)

Accredited facility and anesthesia standards

Regardless of whether you are in an ambulatory surgery center or a hospital, accreditation means that the location is audited on a regular basis regarding staffing, emergency preparedness, and anesthesia procedures.

Case volume and focus

Istanbul Aesthetic Center is emphasized as a high-volume provider (over 350 operations per year). Clinics that have standard abdominoplasty procedures tend to post consistent package prices and day-by-day traveler logistics.

Package vs. a-la-carte

Total costs are easier to compare when facilities package the trip (hotel nights, transfers, interpreter, coordinator, and one inpatient night) since the non-medical items are fixed. When you want to use a procedure-only fee, be sure to include your lodging/transport in your personal budget so you are comparing apples to apples (the previous sections already displayed both forms with real numbers).

When a hospital can be better

When you have a higher BMI, diabetes, or a history that indicates that you need closer monitoring, talk about a hospital setting where you can have your surgery. This may be a small increase in price, but it can be a relief.

Two clean ways to purchase care in Turkey

A la carte (procedure-only): you pay for the surgical program and travel on your own. An obvious example is Lokman Hekim Istanbul Hospital: mini €2,000, full €2,500, bodylifting (360) €3,000, and liposuction indicated by area. This type of format is appropriate to the more advanced travelers who wish to choose their hotel and time.

All-inclusive package: a published program price that already includes the clinical component and trip logistics. New 360 liposuction + abdominoplasty packages are:

  • IME 2,700 / 7 days.
  • Orion 3,950 / 7 days.
  • Cards spell out hospitalization, surgery + all medical expenses, pre/post-op consults, hotel (6-7 nights), all transfers, interpreter, and a 24/7 coordinator. Airfare is separate.

Scope changes price – see it on the page

Standard tummy tuck vs. circumferential work: on program pages, Turkeyana and Green Village display the price difference between 360 Full Abdo 3,250 (no VASER) and 4,320 (with VASER); a standard tuck without lipo is priced at 1,950. The additional contouring and operating time is that difference. Easy budgeting has three paths (all verifiable):

  1. Value, DIY travel: choose Lokman Hekim (e.g., 2,500 full), choose liposuction in only those places you require it, and book your own hotel/transfers.
  2. Comfort, end-to-end: book Green Village Aesthetic Center 4,500 / 7 days (360 lipo + tuck) with hotel, transfers, interpreter and coordinator already included.
  3. Good sculpting: select Estetik International “Abdominoplasty 6-Pack 6,590″ when you want high-definition etching with tummy tuck.

Read the small print fast. Look at four things on any quote: (1) package or procedure-only, (2) lipo included (and where), (3) inpatient night(s) vs. hotel night, (4) interpreter and 24/7 coordinator. These are listed directly on program cards; some even state special prices on other lipo areas besides abdomen/sides/back.

Travel planning and total trip budget (how to make it predictable)

In general, Turkish clinics pride themselves on “all-inclusive” packages that are genuinely comprehensive, making the process easier for medical tourists.

What the official pages say about timing

Mostly, tummy-tuck procedure suggests ~2 hospital days and ~4 hotel days before you fly home (your surgeon may use dissolvable sutures; otherwise removal is usually day 10–14). That’s why many packages include 6–7 hotel nights: they cover the early dressings and checks while you’re still in Turkey.

A realistic week-long flow (based on program cards):

  1. Arrival → pre-op consult/tests.
  2. Surgery day → inpatient monitoring (programs commonly include one inpatient night; the clinical page notes many patients have about 2 days total in the hospital).
  3. Hotel recovery with scheduled dressings and surgeon check-ins (coordinator + interpreter support are included in package cards).
  4. Fit-to-fly clearance (your surgeon decides the exact day). Unless the stitches are absorbable, you will have to come back to have them removed, usually around day 10-14, or you should talk with your doctor before making travel arrangements.

No surprises budget frame.

Begin with (A) package price or (B) procedure-only price + your own logistics. Add then only those not already named on the card:

  • Flights (airfare not included by design).
  • Additional hotel stays (when you decide to spend more days than the card covers).
  • More liposuction locations (outside the listed zones; some cards detail discounts).
  • Any non-standard aftercare that you choose to receive, other than all covered medical expenses. (Program cards clearly state what is covered.)

Frequently asked questions

Q: do the package prices stand?

They’re program prices. Final cost may vary with your personal plan (degree of lipo, OR time, medical results).

Q: what is the duration required to stay in Turkey?

Mostly – 6-7 days, 1 day in the hospital, and the rest in a hotel. Other patients will remain a little longer, provided they want more check-ins before they take off. Follow your surgeon’s advice.

Q: can only women have abdominoplasty?

No. This surgery is also done on men, especially when they have lost weight. There is a similarity between recovery and risk counseling; the plan is anatomically and goal-specific.
