Dr. Vadim was the first person I came in contact with, he helped me through every step of the way. He was quick to answer all my questions at any time of the day or night. Everything was pre-arranged and all costs were included in the price of the treatment. I was treated by Dr. Engin Ojal and he was just peerless! I am very satisfied! I’m already happy with the results and it’s only been 6 days since the procedure. I can’t wait to see how it looks in a couple months.

From the moment I started preparing for implants in Turkey, I met many different coordinators on the pages of the Internet. Some were friendly and some not so friendly, but with Dr. Vadim everything was easy and clear from the very beginning. He showed himself as a competent and honest partner, who first of all cared to cooperate everything in a way that would be convenient and profitable for the client. I had a hair transplant, I was very anxious to go to another country for the operation, but after communication with the doctor-coordinator Vadim all doubts disappeared, he was always in touch and competently answered all the questions that arose. The atmosphere in the clinic is friendly, cozy, calm. The professionalism of the doctor and all the medical staff was felt by the well-established work. It’s too early to say about the result, I will complete the review later.

My name is Anna. I found information on the internet that it was possible to have a face and neck lift surgery in Istambul. I was connected with Dr. Vadim, who was my co-director, berator before the surgery. Very attentive, caring understanding person. He helped me very well in everything, gave me excellent advice, was a good moral support throughout this time. If there were any questions, Vadim answered all my questions lightning fast. His work is just great. It was so supportive and helpful.
He offered a package that I could not refuse.
When you arrive in Istambul you are met by a comfortable car that takes you to the Hotel they have already booked. Everything in the hotel is decent, I liked everything very much.
The next day the car takes me to the clinic, where I with the interpreter Catherine, a wonderful woman successfully pass the necessary examination, then the operation. The interpreter is always with you if necessary. Then the car takes you back to the hotel. The interpreter is always in touch with you.
And also if you go with someone with two, then your companion, the hotel and breakfast in the morning for free, just cool!!!!.
After a week the car takes you to the airport and it’s all no problem.
I am very happy that I chose this firm with these wonderful people.
They are Dr. Vadim, translator Ekaterina and my plastic surgeon Emre Kochman.

From Canada for Rhinoplasty from Dr. Öcal

I travelled from Canada to get rhinoplasty from Dr. Öcal after seeing his work online. I reached out to get more information on booking a surgery, and right away Doctor Vadym had helped me get started with every single detail. His english was great and he answered all my questions effectively. I was really nervous with the booking but he made sure I had all the information I needed like my surgery plan, my travel details, and even a detailed schedule for the transportation. He also checked up on me after my surgery to see how I was feeling.

When I arrived at Doku clinic it was stunning. Very clean and lots of friendly staff.
The girls that were helping me answered all my questions and helped me fill out my forms. The nurses were very attentive and kind and always checked on me to make sure I was ok. I was always taken care of.

My meeting with Dr. Öcal Was great. He is very friendly and you can tell has a lot of expertise. He showed me the 3D scan of my nose and answered all my questions before surgery.
After surgery he also checked to make sure I was okay and showed me pictures of my nose before and after, so I didn’t have to wait a week to see it.
On the follow-up appointment to take the bandaid off, he showed me all the tips for aftercare of my nose, and relieved my nervousness I had about swelling.

Finally, my dream came true and I had mammoplasty. I would like to share my experience. Of course, like many others, I monitored the options and settled on the Aesthetic clinic and Dr. Ergin Er. A coordinator named Vadim contacted me. To say that he is a miracle man is to say nothing. Initially, Vadim answered all my questions immediately and, what is important, at any time. He was always in touch with me. He supported me and I calmed down morally. Since, as you understand, flying to an unknown place for my dream was very scary. Vadim was always online with me. And I was not mistaken. Everything went great for me. Dr. Ergin Er has golden hands and this doctor is the best of the best. At the clinic, a girl named Varvara met me at the very door. She was my translator throughout my entire stay in Turkey. A very responsive, pleasant and wonderful girl. And, by the way, after my stay in this country, both Varvara and Vadim were in touch with me. And it was very nice when after the work was done they were interested in your well-being and supported you. You get answers to all your questions and you are just happy. Many thanks to everyone!!!

Dream come true
I have to say that I never felt this safe before. I knew from the beginning I am in good hands. My biggest dream was to have a rhinoplasty and being able to breath normally again. Dr. Vadym was amazing he suggested dr. Engin Öcal, he organised everything asking regularly how do I feel, answering all my questions and concerns. He was like a really good friend you always know you can count on and also very professional. The results are amazing and I feel relaxed as I know I can still reach him if I have concerns. I used the services of Experts Medical and wanted a hair transplant in Turkey. Vadim, the coordinator, provided me with all the information and accompanied me online. I was provided with hotel, transfer, interpreter, after surgery medication. And good attitude, everyone is polite and professional. We keep in touch after the operation. I recommend, very professional team.

We would like to express our gratitude to Dr. Vadim, the organizer of our trip to Turkey. Before arriving in Turkey we discussed several treatment plans with him, we were offered several clinics to choose from with different possibilities and treatment options, all wishes and requests were taken into account. Then the date of the visit was set and the best organization and support in a foreign country could not be imagined. Dr. Vadim controlled all communications from our arrival at the airport – transfer to the hotel (and it was 12 o’clock at night), check-in at the hotel, contact with the staff of medical centers, treatment and return home all went perfectly. Dr Medved Vadym did an excellent job in „onboarding me“, introducing Experts Medical and their doctors and in the process towards a possible septorhinoplasty in Istanbul. He was always very fast, kind and supportive whenever I had questions via whatsapp and in short time managed to gain my trust in him, Experts Medical and in the doctor that was to make the surgery. This trust was of crucial importance to me in order to take an important decision such as a nose surgery in a foreign country. I would like to thank Dr. Vadim from the bottom of my heart for the work he did in good faith, for the time he spent, for his efforts and efforts. Thank you to my coordinator, Dr. Vadym, and Translator, Sule. I visited Istanbul for a blepharoplasty and was well informed, accommodated, and taken care of through the entire experience. My boyfriend travelled with me, and he was also accommodated and taken care of during our stay. The doctor was well experienced and gave his honest advice about the situation, not just what would be best for him. Overall, it was a very enjoyable, safe, and clear experience.
