Dr. Tugba performed laser treatment for my keloid scar. I later learned that laser is not suitable for treating keloids, but it was too late – the condition of the scar had worsened. In addition, they called a year later for a follow-up visit. It would have been better if they had called after 10 years.

Very friendly and professional service. The Quartz clinic is clean and comfortable. I had a keloid that did not go away for 5 years despite many treatments from other doctors. Only the treatment given by Dr. Tugba Doruk brought positive results. Thank you for your help!

As I continue my course of IPL treatment, I can see a significant improvement. Even though the treatment is not finished yet, I can already see positive results.
