This was my fourth trip to Antalya, and I came solely because of the complete trust I have in Dr. Mustafa Keleş. Once again, he personally performed my surgery. Each time, the results exceed all expectations — I feel significantly better both physically and aesthetically.

After many years of weight fluctuations and issues with excess skin, I searched in Turkey for a suitable surgeon to perform arm, leg, and breast lifting procedures. In Izmir, I underwent an arm lift, but unfortunately the outcome was disappointing: significant blood loss, a difficult recovery, and an unsatisfactory aesthetic result.

One week ago, I underwent a 360° body lift combined with a breast lift and implants. The entire experience was incredibly comfortable and smooth. An amazing doctor! From our very first meeting, I knew I was in safe hands. Dr. Mustafa is calm, confident, and highly professional. The consultation was thorough and clear. I was extremely nervous, as this was my first surgery — a breast lift combined with a circumferential abdominoplasty. It felt particularly complex due to a severe diastasis (10 fingers wide) after childbirth. However, after meeting the doctor, all my fears disappeared.
The surgery went perfectly, and I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the recovery was compared to what I had expected. The very next day, my body already looked beautiful, despite the stitches and drains — the transformation was remarkable. The doctor checked on me daily, examined the sutures and drains, and patiently answered all my questions.
Special thanks to him for advising against implants — he was absolutely right. I didn’t need them, and the result looks natural and harmonious.

I would like to share my experience with a 360-degree body lift combined with liposuction and a breast lift performed by Dr. Keleş, as my postoperative course differed somewhat from most reviews. First and foremost, I would like to emphasize that I am very satisfied with the surgical result, the overall organization, and the way the entire team handled an unexpected situation. That said, it is important to understand that procedures of this kind always involve certain risks. Even though these risks are minimal, someone inevitably becomes that rare case — and this time, it was me.
The surgery took place on a Friday and involved a combined procedure: a 360° body lift and a breast lift. The operation lasted approximately nine hours. Upon waking up, I experienced very little pain, and by around midnight I was already able to walk down the corridor for the first time. The following morning, I was still feeling well; Dr. Keleş and the medical team came for rounds, and everything appeared to be progressing as expected.
However, around midday the situation changed. I first experienced mild circulatory issues and lay back down. Every thirty minutes, my condition worsened: I could no longer sit up without feeling extremely weak and breaking out in heavy sweating. I was given an infusion to stabilize my condition, but unfortunately it caused vomiting.
Later that day, it was time for mobilization. I informed the staff that I was unable to stand up because any elevation of the bed immediately caused blood pressure issues. Nevertheless, it was decided to try, as movement after such surgery is crucial. As soon as I sat on the edge of the bed, I felt an immediate collapse and briefly lost consciousness for a few seconds.
When I came to, I was back in bed, and the room was filled with concerned medical staff. Shortly afterward, Dr. Keleş and another physician arrived. Blood tests revealed a rapid drop in my hemoglobin level — from 14 to 8. An urgent ultrasound was performed, which showed significant swelling of the abdominal wall and raised suspicion of internal bleeding in the abdominal cavity. The response was immediate: I was taken back to the operating room for emergency surgery, where a hematoma in the abdominal area was treated during a two-hour procedure.
After waking up from the second anesthesia, I felt significantly better almost immediately. I received blood transfusions both that same day and the following day, as I had lost a considerable amount of blood due to the hematoma.
The subsequent recovery (currently still in the acute phase) has been progressing normally. The abdominal drains remained in place longer than usual — approximately one week. I had to reschedule my flight from Wednesday to Sunday. At present, I have an increased risk of developing a seroma, which, if it occurs, will need to be treated by puncture in Germany.
According to medical literature and Dr. Keleş himself, the formation of a hematoma after abdominoplasty is an extremely rare complication. However, “rare” does not mean “never.” In my case, I became the first such occurrence in his practice. It is important to be aware of the potential risks of these surgeries and to understand that complications can arise even in young and completely healthy patients (I am 31 years old, have a normal BMI, do not smoke, and lead an active lifestyle).
Throughout the entire process, I felt very well cared for by the whole team. I am grateful that this team not only delivers excellent results in routine surgeries but also responds professionally and effectively in medically complex and critical situations. Despite the complications I experienced, I would choose Dr. Keleş and his team again without hesitation. I originally selected him because of the impressive results of his work, and in that regard, I was not disappointed in the slightest.

With a bit of delay — but before my second surgery with Dr. Keleş — I decided to write this review.
It is rare to meet someone who is so empathetic, attentive, and at the same time such a highly professional physician. To be honest, for me he is not just a surgeon, but a true master of his craft.
In January 2024, I underwent a 360° body lift and a breast lift, and throughout the entire process I felt completely safe and well cared for. The experience was so positive that I will be returning to him at the end of 2024 for additional surgeries on my arms and legs.
My sincere thanks for the outstanding result.
