Everyone from medical centre was so kind and helpful. The surgeon is an excellent gentleman and a great person as well as all the staff, they are all actively trying to help and support me at all times. So I will recommend them 100% all the time.
Well just back from my gastric sleeve procedure in Istanbul and can not fault the service from arrival. All the staff encountered were extremely helpful. The surgeon was fantastic and very approachable as was dietitian. The what’s app group used has been great help as I certainly haven’t taken everything in and often ask my questions here.
I had gastric sleeve surgery as I have been struggling to lose this weight on my own. From start to finish the staff at Novemed have been amazing. They give you detailed information regarding the process and the steps prior to surgery and the amazing dietician team gives detailed information regarding the process after the surgery. The surgeon himself Dr Muhammed Zubeyr Ucuncu was amazing and supportive, made sure I was okay and was aware of what was happening.

Excellent hospital for gastric sleeve surgery. I came from the UK to do gastric sleeve procedure. Everything was arranged and handled so well. Staff was kind. Dr Muhammed Zübeyr Üçüncü was super professional and caring. Hotel was lovely and the hospital staff was amazing with the patient care and attention

I have just had gastric sleeve surgery two days ago and I wish I had done it sooner! Everyone was very helpful and put any worries or concerns I had at ease. Rosa was fantastic to communicate with and before travelling to Turkey from the UK I knew I was in safe hands with Novemed. The nurses were superb and were helpful and attentive- you could tell they cared. Dr Muhammed was fantastic and I would have no doubts in recommending him to anyone! Thank you so much!
