The whole process, before and after the operation was super. I’m thankfull to the translators Jildiz, Venera and Mariyana, as they were with me during my time into the hospital, explaining everything to the doctors and nurses. They offered help even during the period they were not at work, once again very thankfull to them.
The doctor Dr. Hakan Agir, was very good, I’m so thankful to him, he has done a very good job, he listened to all of my explanations, of what do I feel and my perception of the problem. We did the job in just 2 days. All the stuff in the hospital are very polite and so understanding.
I recommend to use the services of Acibadem !

Cleft palate
We spent a long time researching options for palate surgery for our son and ultimately chose Professor Dr. Hakan Ağır. We live in Mardin, and I would like to emphasize from the very beginning that palate surgery was extremely important for us. We were not looking for a hospital — we were looking for the right doctor, and we made the right choice.
Our doctor Hakan is very attentive, modest, and a true professional who performs his work with great mastery.
We would also like to acknowledge his secretaries: they are very open, smiling, and friendly. As for the cost, health is priceless for us, and people who care for health do everything right. We would like to express our deep gratitude not only to the doctor but also to all hospital staff, especially the nurses on the 4th floor of Block C, who took care of us with smiles and patience without ever getting tired.
May God keep us from needing hospital care again, but when it comes to health, Acıbadem Altunizade Hospital will always be our choice. Once again, we express our endless gratitude to Professor Hakan Ağır, the staff, and the nurses, and we wish everyone good health.
