I was very nervous at first, but I got answers to all my questions, and the staff were professional and attentive. The only thing was that I had assumed the doctor would personally approve the hairline design, but that didn't happen. Still, it wasn't a problem for me. I'm looking forward to the result and I'm grateful to the team for the work they did! 28/06/2026  Overall, I had an excellent experience with HairNeva. This was my first hair transplant procedure. Over the past few days, all of the staff were very friendly and attentive. I was constantly encouraged to ask questions so that I understood every stage of what was happening. The team was also understanding of my wishes and adjustments to the hairline design. They explained the aftercare in detail and told me they would stay in touch with me. The clinic is located in the Marriott Executive Apartments building, so it was very convenient to get from my room straight to the clinic. The clinic itself is clean, modernly decorated, with a lot of artwork in the interior. I recommend HairNeva to anyone considering a hair transplant. 11/06/2026  I had a wonderful experience at HairNeva. I'm 27 years old, a white male with Norwood 3–4 hair loss, and I came to HairNeva in Istanbul. Everything was excellent — from the WhatsApp consultation to the completion of the procedure. I was genuinely well cared for, and I felt comfortable at every stage. Everything was very clean and organized. The clinic is on the second floor of a very nice Marriott hotel. This was a huge advantage: there was no need to use transfers and travel between the hotel and the clinic. In total, they transplanted 6,150 grafts over two days: on the first day 2,850 grafts to the crown and mid-scalp area, and on the second 3,300 grafts to the frontal, temporal and middle zones. I also had PRP therapy and exosome treatment, which I paid for separately. At one point there were about ten staff members in my room analyzing my hairline and making adjustments. It was very important to me that the design was tailored individually — taking into account my facial features and natural hairline. I saw Doctor Go for about five minutes during the consultation, when he drew the hairline. After that I didn't see him again, haha. But the team fully made up for it — everyone was very professional. I had a huge number of questions, and the team was very helpful. Especially my translator Fatiha — she played a huge role for me. She was very kind, patiently answered every question and even helped me breathe properly during the painful local anesthesia injections. After those, there was no more pain. During the implantation on both days I even fell asleep. The whole team deserves the highest rating. I'm staying one more night, and on the extra day before my flight they offered me a free hair wash. They also gave me a large set of hair growth products that will be useful to use at home. Now recovery begins! 09/06/2026  Today is the first day after the hair transplant I had at HairNeva in Istanbul. The whole experience was very professional and well organized. During the preparation stage the consultation was precise, and the team I spoke with helped me feel confident before the procedure. When I arrived yesterday morning, they immediately tried to put me at ease. Apart from the local anesthesia, which only lasts a few minutes, the entire procedure went very smoothly and calmly. I listened to podcasts, and the day flew by. We have just finished the post-operative care consultation, and the staff prepared us perfectly for the next steps. I first decided to come here in February after seeing lots of positive reviews and results online. The booking process turned out to be simple: they contacted me quickly via WhatsApp, held a consultation, after which I chose the date of the procedure. On arrival, a driver met me at the airport, gave me all the necessary details, and took me straight to the hotel where the clinic is located. On the day of the operation everything went very smoothly: I was seen quickly, first a doctor's assistant consulted with me, then the doctor himself designed the hairline. After that they shaved my head and took me to the operating room. During the procedure everyone treated me with great care and did everything possible to make me feel comfortable. After the operation the team gave me all the necessary care products and medications that would help me recover properly. Overall, the clinic really pays attention to the individual needs of patients and provides everything necessary for recovery. I sincerely recommend HairNeva to anyone still choosing a clinic in Turkey for a hair transplant. 03/06/2026  I'm 26 years old, from Dallas, Texas, and I've been dealing with thinning hair since about the age of 18. For many years this was a big source of insecurity for me. After I saw the hair transplant of Barber Brooks from Dallas at HairNeva and how natural his result looked, I decided to come to Istanbul and have the procedure here. So far my experience has been really great. They met me at the airport, put me up in a very nice apartment hotel, included breakfast and even provided lunch on some of the procedure days. Everyone was very hospitable and professional. I had a two-day procedure with 6,000 grafts transplanted, including 500 grafts from the beard. At first I was very worried about using beard hair, but the team explained everything in detail and helped me feel calmer. From the very beginning communication was easy and clear: my questions were answered quickly, which greatly simplified the whole process. I came to the clinic with my brother, who was having a hair transplant. My mom, aunt and I came to support him. Throughout the whole procedure we were in the waiting area and the entire time we felt very comfortable and welcome. I especially liked that the specialists spent more than an hour on the consultation with my brother and explained in detail the decisions related to the procedure. They were honest about what result was possible, what wouldn't work and which option would look natural rather than like a wig. Let's see what the result will be in a year, but even now I can say that my experience was excellent. Before arriving, we had a video call during which the doctor explained everything in detail. On arrival a driver met me at the airport and took me to the hotel. Accommodation at the Marriott Apartments was included in the package — the hotel was very nice and comfortable. The only thing was that breakfast was a little weak, but that has nothing to do with the clinic :) I arrived on the evening of the 26th, and the next morning, on the 27th, I had blood tests and went through all the necessary preparation. The operation started and finished by around 4:00 p.m. that same day. After that I had lunch, received all the medications and instructions and went to rest. It was especially convenient that the hotel and the clinic are in the same building. The first night wasn't the easiest, because I had to sleep on my side, but that was the only discomfort. Healing started well: I didn't have side effects like pain, bleeding or headache. During the transplant, Associate Professor Guncel Ozturk worked very professionally. I didn't feel pain or serious discomfort. The whole procedure took about 4.5 hours instead of the planned 6–7, which was a pleasant surprise. The next day I came back to the clinic for a check-up, removal of the bandage and the first hair wash. They showed me in detail how to care for my scalp over the next 10 days. I also had additional stem cell therapy to help prevent further hair loss, since I'm 31 years old and my own hair is still quite thick. I hope it stays that way :) Overall, I'm very satisfied with the clinic and the staff: everyone was polite, professional and kind. I definitely recommend HairNeva (DrGO) for a hair transplant. 10/11/2025  I was not satisfied with the result of the hair transplant, and I regret having the procedure. On arrival I met with the doctor, but then the transplant was carried out only by assistants and nurses. The result is really very poor. After the operation there was no follow-up at all.
