I had a very positive experience at the clinic. Leyla Güler was with me every step of the way, acting as my translator and guide, which made the whole process much easier. Thanks to her support, I was able to communicate clearly and reach a mutual understanding with both the doctor, Ibrahim Altoparlak, and the anesthesiologist. The doctor recommended the least invasive option, and the anesthesiologist agreed to perform it under local anesthesia, both exactly the options I wanted. After the surgery, my dietary preferences were carefully considered, and I was generously provided with several satisfying meals. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. In the room, there’s a button to call for assistance, which worked perfectly. Everything in the clinic is thoughtfully planned and well organized, making my stay comfortable and reassuring.   11/10/2025   We visited this hospital in Turkey for my parents’ implant procedure and had an excellent experience. The entire team was professional, kind, and very punctual with everything. From the first day until the end of the treatment, everything was handled smoothly and on schedule. A special thanks to Miss Sarah, who was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout. who was absolutely outstanding. She went above and beyond to support us, We truly appreciate her care and highly recommend this hospital.   16/09/2025   Traveling from the U.S. to Istanbul for aesthetic surgery was a significant step for me, and I honestly didn’t know what to expect. The hospital was clean, though it didn't quite match the standards I'm used to back home. The decor and overall appearance could definitely be more welcoming and comforting. That said, my experience was very positive, largely due to the people I encountered. My translator, Ali, was wonderful—kind, helpful, and by my side every step of the way. My surgeon, Dr. Emre Koçman, turned out to be the best choice after a year of research. He was professional, approachable, and had a friendly bedside manner. He patiently answered all my questions and made sure to check on me daily until I returned home. The nurses were also very kind, hardworking, and attentive throughout my stay. Overall, I’m very happy with my results and the care I received. I would highly recommend Ali to anyone in need of translation and support, and I can confidently recommend Dr. Emre for surgery. The only suggestion I have is for the hospital to enhance its appearance and atmosphere, as that would make the experience even better. Experience even better.   14/09/2025   I am from Australia and I have just come back from the wonderful hospital. The care was evident from the pick up from the airport straight to the hotel to rest and the next day I was introduced by Sara Hooshmand who spoke perfect English to my dental surgeon and also eye surgeon Dr AliGurlek. I discussed my requirements and I am so happy to say I got everything I required and more. I wanted a very natural look and although Dr Ali can do facial beautification he really listen to me and I got a clean and simple job. My teeth were also done and I have the implants and will get the final result in a few months. I was quoted $70,000 in Australia and $7,000 USD for the same specification in Turkey. I have compared what I had done to the quote and I got everything the same . From titian german implants to the absolute best and after care. In Australia I would be sent home with an appointment for a weeks time if I was lucky but here I had a daily visit to the surgeons and I also had the rest I needed in the hotel with a huge buffet breakfast every day. Sara looked after me like a daughter but was also very experienced in her care, she kept a good eye on me and made all my appointments and made sure I was so well looked after. I can not thank Sara enough. Fear not with this amazing hospital. You will love it here and more importantly you will come home healed and safe. I recommend staying a bit longer in the hotel if your having many surgeries just to give your self time to rest. Good luck 🤞 and ask for Sara Hoosmand. It’s a trip you won’t regret. My experience was amazing the doctor that performed my surgery was a female and she did a fantastic job shaping my new stomach. I recommend her 100%. Most unforgettable experience. The hotel where we stayed was right across the street and came included in the cost of my surgery. Great value for great prices. Of course there is a language barrier being in a Turkish country but I was paired with the most kindest caring translator, “Sara” went out of her way to make sure I was well looked after. She was amazing and can not recommend her enough. Thank you for the life changing experience. I will be back this year for more surgery. 🙏☺️   03/02/2025   So, my journey began with searching the internet for information about plastic surgery in Turkey. After contacting an agent via WhatsApp, we discussed the price and all the necessary steps that needed to be taken before making a final decision. After a year, I decided to go to Turkey to undergo a facelift and neck lift. I flew to Istanbul — transportation was included in the price — and I was accommodated in a hotel. The next day, I had to go to the clinic, which was located right across from the hotel, for the surgery. The woman I had been speaking with on WhatsApp was my so-called counselor. Everyone gets assigned such a person who accompanies you and takes care of you throughout the entire process. The first night everything was fine — I slept well — and the next morning, around 9:00 a.m., the woman came to pick me up and take me to the clinic. Everything seemed normal. I was given a room, and there were a few nurses outside the door. I waited about two hours for the doctor. After a brief examination of my face, we decided to do a facelift — not a full facelift, but a partial one — along with a neck lift. About ten minutes later, I was prepped for surgery and taken straight to the operating room. They gave me general anesthesia, and I woke up four and a half hours later. I woke up in terrible pain, screaming as if I were giving birth. I felt like I was going to die from the pain. No one came to give me anything to relieve it. After about twenty minutes, a nurse finally came and gave me an IV drip. I screamed for three hours — I couldn’t believe what was happening. I went through hell; I had never experienced anything like that before. I stayed there overnight, unable to move or speak, trying to sleep while still in pain. The next morning, I felt somewhat better, but I was still exhausted from the pain. You couldn’t really talk to anyone about it — they either pretended not to understand or found excuses to leave. So, everyone, please make sure to do thorough research before deciding to have surgery in a foreign country. Maybe I was just unlucky, because other people I met there were very satisfied with everything. The doctor who operated on me is very professional, and I must say that I’m very happy with his work. He did a great job — I’ll give him credit for that. The incisions healed beautifully, and his facial contouring technique is truly impressive.   23/10/2024   I can’t even know where to start. The dentist, surgeon and the team were great from the time I did my first visit in January for my teeth implants. The team headed by Pegah the translator did excellent job. From the word go, Pegah answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable and was there each step of all my treatments. The 2nd time to put my permanent teeth was more than excellent. The five star treatment from pick up from airport, the hotel, the hospital, the medical staff were very good. Communication was 100% superb. Thank you Pegah, my treatment team. Thanks to our medical consultant, our trip from Bulgaria and our stay in Istanbul was easy and pleasant. The surgery was a success and we are incredibly happy and grateful to the whole team that took care of us during those days. You are the best! 🤩   02/07/2024   After New Year, I visited this clinic. On the very first day, I was promptly examined and all the necessary treatment steps were coordinated. I came with the goal of having a full set of implants placed. I was pleasantly surprised by the high level of professionalism shown by the clinic’s specialists. Within three days, I left the clinic after receiving six implants in my upper jaw and six in my lower jaw. Everything was done quickly and with excellent quality. Three months later, I returned to have the crowns placed. Over the course of a week, they made precise adjustments, and the final result was perfect — I am very satisfied. I want to express my sincere gratitude to coordinator Ruslana for her constant care, and to Dr. Onur and his team for their outstanding work and “golden hands” that make people happy.
