They were always in touch, answered any questions, and thanks to them the trip went completely stress-free. The clinic has a very warm atmosphere, and I am one hundred percent satisfied with the result. From the very first minutes it was clear how well thought out and organized everything is here: a modern setting, a high level of service, and a very pleasant atmosphere. The scent in the clinic was especially memorable — it created a feeling of cleanliness and calm. Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and ready to help, so I immediately felt comfortable. I especially want to mention Dr. Baris E. He is a true professional in his field. From the very first meeting he was able to win me over, calmly explained everything, and helped me feel confident during the treatment. It was evident that he genuinely loves his work. His assistants were also very attentive, supportive, and always by my side. My coordinator was Omar. We communicated from the very beginning, and he fully accompanied me at every stage: he arranged the visit, answered questions, kept in touch every day, and helped me feel that the whole process was under control. Thanks to his attentive approach, everything went smoothly and without unnecessary stress. The hotel turned out to be excellent and was literally right next to the clinic, which was very convenient. Istanbul itself became a separate part of this vivid experience. The clinic feels purpose-built for international patients: modern interiors, a calm pace, and coordinators who guide you through all the treatment options without rushing. 12/01/2026   My experience with DrGO Smile turned out to be disappointing. The prices and estimated timelines discussed in advance do not match the actual conditions after arriving at the clinic. The clinic promises affordable treatment and quick recovery, but in my experience, after arriving in Istanbul the prices were revised upwards, and some of the promised services were not provided. I was told in advance that I would receive implants and temporary dentures, so within three days I would be able to lead a normal social life and work with people. However, on site the coordinators quoted a different cost for the procedures and said they would not be able to make temporary structures. According to them, this would take at least two weeks. In addition, they explained that in most cases such structures do not deliver the necessary result: patients are forced to wear masks and may be left unable to work for up to six months until the implants are ready for the placement of permanent dental structures. 06/01/2026  I am very pleased with my visit to this clinic. The doctors were highly qualified and attentive, answered all my questions, and dispelled any concerns. The service was of a high standard, and the staff were friendly and professional. Hamza helped with the X-rays and arranged everything that was needed. Doctor Kubra was superb: attentive, caring, modest, and professional. Her assistant Esin also helped me prepare for the treatment and accompanied me during the procedures. They all showed genuine care and listened attentively to my questions and concerns. I am absolutely delighted with how Anastasia organized the whole process and with the work of my doctor :) The old veneers were removed without any problems, the teeth were treated, prepared, and new ones were fitted.
