I had a wonderful experience with the entire team. From the very first day they were incredibly attentive, professional, and truly caring. A special thank you goes to Mohammed, who was amazing throughout the whole process. He constantly checked in on me to make sure everything was running smoothly and that I had everything I needed. The coordination was flawless: they organised all of my transfers to and from the airport, gave full assistance at the hotel reception (which was brilliant), and made sure I received a warm, first-class welcome at the clinic. They even prepared my medications for the recovery period, which took all the stress away. I couldn't have asked for better support. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for comfort, trust, and exceptional care! 25/07/2026  Experience was great! First of all, we were able to have a video call with the surgeon and the patient manager before flying to Turkey, which was extremely helpful in getting prepared. My wife underwent Medialization thyroplasty surgery performed by Prof. Dr. Altan Yildirim. Everything went wonderfully! We are now in the recovery period and her voice keeps getting better and better! The clinic is incredibly comfortable, and a huge thank you to all the staff and nurses! A special thanks to Mr. Mohammad Muneeb, our Patient Manager! Mohammad shared all the information, arranged great transfers during every day of our stay in Istanbul, and looked after us daily! That was truly valuable for us and for my wife! Highly recommend to contact with Mohammad if you are going to visit the clinic! 17/07/2026  I had occipital bone reduction surgery at the Cayra clinic and I was very satisfied, from the first contact with Nadjoua, who was very clear and patient in explaining every detail, all the way through the entire experience at the hotel and clinic, which was managed by Ennis. He provided all the support I needed; in fact, they went well beyond what I had expected. I definitely recommend them because they do an excellent job with people. Thank you so much guys! 09/06/2026  I just love them. All of them. From the drivers to the doctors. I had been following this clinic for at least 3 years. When I first got in touch, the response was quick! But then life happened and I had to put the idea of fixing my teeth aside. Not long ago I reconnected with the clinic, and a lovely agent named Faruk contacted me — he was nothing short of a star. After a while I was told they had a Lithuanian agent, Laisve, and she is an angel. She comforted me so much during the surgery to place the screws and made sure I felt comfortable even though I was crying the whole time. The staff was amazing. My lady dentist was so beautiful and kind, and I definitely felt safe with her, as well as with the other dentist who fitted my crowns. All of them, together with the nurses, were so down to earth and truly great professionals. They NEVER pushed me into any dental procedure just to make more money. They told me to think it over x10 times and then let them know. I had a VIP transfer every time, and the most I ever waited was maybe 10 minutes. I know how hard it is to choose the right clinic for your teeth, because it's something we carry with us all our lives, but this is probably the first decision in my life I have 0 regret about! The lady at reception was always smiling at me. I never once saw her grumpy when I walked into the clinic. I bow to these professionals for trying to speak to me in English when there was no one else around to translate. Amazing work, amazing atmosphere, amazing team. The job was done responsibly and not in the way everyone talks about "turkish teeth". I could write and write, but I will add more after my second visit! I don't know how much money the staff, agents, nurses and doctors get, but god damn they deserve a rise!!!! He was extremely helpful from the initial planning right through to the aftercare of my treatments. He is also patient and answers every question or concern, and really made me feel at home. I love my new Hollywood smile thanks to Cayra Clinic Antalya. 30/04/2026  Perfect service, I received a lot of attention not only in Antalya, before and after the operation, but I still feel it now that I have returned home. The result is positive, my hair is growing across the whole area where I simply did not have any before. Sarah, my dedicated coordinator, was absolutely wonderful right from the start, providing me with all the information I needed and answering every question with answers straight from the doctor, I might add. She also supported me throughout the whole journey, from the moment I had my first video call with my doctor to assess my needs and get proper experienced advice, to greeting me at the airport with the transfer, getting me to the clinic, guiding me through the treatment, and every follow-up with the doctor. The doctor was great too, very honest with me, and a truly pleasant person who listened to my needs and made the final decision together with me. Sarah was there for me every step of the way, checking up on me each and every day before and after the treatment, even once I had returned home. We had transfers the whole way through, everything was very well planned and punctual, and the drivers were lovely and helpful as well. I travelled on my own for breast surgery and dental treatments, yet I always felt completely safe and well supported. I came for a hair and beard transplant and right from the start I felt as though I was in great hands. My coordinator, Zohaib, looked after me brilliantly and was there at every moment to translate, explain and support me throughout the transplant and afterwards. Zohaib was the best medical coordinator you could wish for, and he made the whole experience so much smoother by taking care of absolutely everything — from the moment I arrived at the airport to the transfers, the hotel, the follow-up appointments, sightseeing, shopping and even the local cuisine. He made you feel as though you were being looked after by an old family friend who knew Turkey very well, and all you had to do was sit back and enjoy it while he handled the rest. I wanted a breast reduction and Cayra was my clinic of choice. Arriving alone in Istanbul from South Africa, I was welcomed with wonderful hospitality and driven around the city in comfort and luxury — airport, hospital, hotel and more. My procedure felt individualised and personal, my doctor was exceptional, and the hospital staff were caring and attentive. I received excellent care and treatment, with regular check-ups from the clinic afterwards. I stayed in Istanbul for five more nights after the procedure, and Cayra Clinic made sure I was in a very comfortable, quiet and gorgeous hotel the whole time. They even arranged for me to see some of the city's attractions, and I was so happy I could actually do this just five days after surgery! I will always be thankful to Cayra Clinic. A very SPECIAL thanks to Mohammed (the best coordinator, even now post surgery) and Ahmed (my translator and sometimes babysitter lol). This experience was amazing! I cannot wait to see my results! 28/12/2024  What's best is that this clinic is reliable from A to Z. You can trust them 100%. They genuinely take care of you in a way I doubt any other clinic would. I had dental treatment with 23 zirconium crowns and everything was done perfectly. The support assistant is available whenever you need him, and he is very honest and friendly. The dentists are true professionals and the whole experience is perfect. I know these procedures can seem scary, but if you are seriously considering the treatments this clinic offers, you can do it here without any regret, in perfect hands and healthy. I strongly recommend Cayra Clinic! 24/12/2024  I flew from London to Istanbul to Cayra Clinic to have several surgeries at once: BBL, tummy tuck, lipo and breast augmentation. I was travelling alone, as I have two little boys and my husband stayed home with them. Even though I went on my own, Cayra Clinic made me feel very well looked after — the transfer was luxurious and the hotel was very good too. My agent was Kübra, who made me feel safe and cared for from day one, even helping to order food to my hotel room. I had my own translator, Ahmet, who was absolutely brilliant too, helping me with all the hospital paperwork and joining me on a city trip once the surgery was done. My doctor, Abdullah Calik, did amazing work, answering and fulfilling all of my requests. Can't tank you enough for looking after me. Would definitely recommend this clinic and I'm definitely coming back to fulfil my next dreams. Thank you 02/11/2024  I came for zirconium crowns to Antalya and all I can say is that they made me feel so good. A BIG thank you especially to Mohammed Muneed for being with me every day and making sure I was ok — and I wasn't the easiest patient, but he was always there making sure I felt good and had everything I needed 🙏 A big thank you to Dt. Ertugrul and Dt. Ali for being so gentle with me and asking every few seconds whether I was ok 🙏 The staff were very friendly and welcoming, not to mention the 5* hotel I stayed in with a gym, sauna, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and other facilities to enjoy, plus VIP pick-up and drop-off — I felt like a queen 😁❤️ Gladly I'm going back to them in a few months, so I'm really looking forward to seeing them and getting my treatment fully done. Highly recommend Cayra Clinic 18/09/2024  My daughter needed a breast reduction because medical steroids had made her breasts very large. I contacted CAYRA CLINIC in Istanbul and spoke via WhatsApp to a very nice gentleman called Mohammad, the online manager, who was caring, professional and reassuring. I booked an appointment straight away and within days we were flying to Turkey, with Mohammad keeping us informed every step of the way. A VIP car picked us up from SAW airport and took us to a 4* hotel, and the procedure took place the next day at a high-quality medical centre called Avicenna Hospital. The staff at Avicenna were wonderful, so kind and gentle with my daughter, and Ahmed, our personal coordinator, was amazing — he translated any concerns and thoroughly explained the procedure, which reassured us completely. The plastic surgeon, Dr Muhammed Besir Ozturk, is a GENIUS: he did exactly what we asked and the results were far better than we expected, leaving my daughter and me over the moon. After the procedure we spent a night in the hospital to make sure she was well enough to return to the hotel, then five more days at Ruby Suites, a lovely top-notch hotel with a substantial breakfast included. Mohammad stayed in constant contact and the aftercare was awesome, continuing even after we flew back to the UK. If you require any procedure such as plastic surgery, dental work or eye lasik treatment, CAYRA Clinic does it all. They are the A1 5* best of the best and I will not hesitate to return if required.
