I am a plastic surgeon and perform all types of aesthetic surgery. I specialise in every kind of rhinoplasty and in all types of breast surgery. I also enjoy performing body contouring and facial rejuvenation procedures. But my three main areas are nose surgery, breast surgery and abdominoplasty.
In fact, the assessment begins the moment we first make contact with the patient. I visually evaluate the appearance of the nose and, within the first five minutes, I can tell what my patient needs and what I am able to do for them. It’s important that the patient’s wishes and our capabilities align. When they do, we can achieve an excellent result.
Yes. During rhinoplasty, regardless of whether the patient has breathing problems, I always check the nasal septum and correct it if needed.
Yes, of course. The most common procedure combined with rhinoplasty is buccal fat removal (bichectomy). It takes an extra five minutes. We make a single incision inside the mouth on each side and remove the excess fat. Afterwards the nose and the face as a whole look more feminine. And patients are always pleased with this combination.
It depends on the patient. Beyond that, we don’t offer people operations that could cause them problems in the future. If we recommend a particular procedure, it means that over time the patient will be fine.
One week is enough. There are certain restrictions that are lifted gradually over three months. But in general, patients can return to normal life after a week.
It takes from six months to a year. A lot depends on the tissue structure. If the skin is thin, it needs less time; if it is thick, more. The final result can be seen after a year. But even after a month you can assess about 75% of the achieved effect.
