Yosra Naceur

Yosra Naseur is a medical coordinator with medical education and a high level of professionalism in the field of customer support. She has experience working with international patients, including VIPs. She is fluent in five languages, which allows her to communicate effectively with patients from different countries and cultures.

Since 2024, she has been successfully working as a medical coordinator at the international company Beauty by Experts Medical.

• Experience working with patients:
  She has over 5 years of practical experience in medical and paramedical services, including receiving and processing requests, providing support at all stages of treatment, and resolving non-standard situations with an individual approach.
• Multicultural interaction:
  Has experience interacting with patients from Europe and the Middle East. Easily adapts to the cultural and ethical characteristics of patients, ensuring the most comfortable interaction and care.
• Multilingual communication:
  Native language – Arabic. Fluent in French and English, good level of Russian, and basic Turkish. This allows us to accompany patients in their native language without the need for an additional interpreter.

• Consultations at all stages of treatment: from the first visit to the completion of rehabilitation.
• Working with medical documentation: collection, analysis, preparation for transfer to the doctor.
• Organization of interaction between the patient and the clinic, coordination of schedules and logistics.
• Translation of medical reports and explanation of treatment protocols.
• Assistance to foreign patients in clinics, during transfers, and upon discharge.
