My experience with consultant Judy and translator Jake was absolutely excellent. They were always available and organized the entire consultation and surgery very professionally. Contrary to some opinions I had heard before, they acted solely in my best interest — no unnecessary procedures, no pushy sales. For a whole year after the surgery, I was able to communicate with the doctors via WhatsApp — all my questions were answered promptly and thoroughly.
Dr. Kim Seong-Yeon didn’t recommend any unnecessary treatments. The facelift scars healed very well; most incisions were made along the hairline, with no need to shave the hair. I’m completely satisfied with the results.

Facelift
The clinic left a great impression — modern equipment, cleanliness, and a highly professional team. My interpreter, Sarah, was very caring and attentive. Dr. Kim Seong-Yeon was considerate and attentive to my needs and concerns. Unfortunately, the surgery was canceled due to high blood pressure, but the Customer Service Manager kindly arranged a full refund. Excellent professionalism and integrity.

Lower Blepharoplasty and Thread Lifting
