I had rhinoplasty on July 15, and so far my experience with Dr. Dilber and his team has been simply amazing. What won me over most about Dr. Dilber was how sincere and honest he was. I told him what kind of nose I would like, and he explained in detail what I actually needed and what I didn’t. Thanks to this, I trusted him even more throughout the whole process.

I cannot recommend Dr. Muhammet Dilber enough. From the moment I arrived, I felt cared for and supported at every stage.

Dr. Dilber is truly one of the kindest and most pleasant doctors I have ever met. Meeting him in person felt unreal. He made me feel comfortable, listened carefully to my wishes and treated me with great kindness and respect. I have had surgeries before, and this experience with a surgeon was by far the best of all.

His assistant was also simply wonderful. She showed incredible care, explained every stage of the process to me in detail and was always there when I came to the clinic or the hospital. I never felt lost or confused, because she was always available to help and answer questions.

The whole process went smoothly, in an organized and efficient way. The staff took excellent care of me, made sure I had everything I needed, checked on me regularly and even took care of my meals and my comfort throughout my stay.

Most importantly, my nose turned out exactly the way I wanted it to. It is beautifully shaped, straight, natural and without excessive changes. It fits my face perfectly and gives exactly the subtle changes I was hoping for. I couldn’t be happier with the result.

I know there are many different opinions online, but after my own research and personal experience I can honestly say that Dr. Dilber exceeded my expectations. He is an incredibly talented surgeon and a truly kind person.

From the very first moment we walked into the office, I knew my daughter was in safe hands. Dr. Muhammet Dilber and his entire team created a warm, welcoming and incredibly calm atmosphere.

Surgery can be stressful and frightening, especially when you come from far away, but they helped us feel as comfortable as possible at every stage.

It was very important to us how clearly everything was explained in English. Every question was answered patiently, every detail was carefully explained, and we never once felt confused or unsure about how the process was going. The staff were simply wonderful: kind, attentive, professional and genuinely caring. They treated us more like family than patients.

Honestly, I don’t even know where to start telling you about Dr. Muhammet Dilber and his whole team, because words are truly not enough to describe how wonderful my experience was!! From the very beginning until now, the level of care, communication and support has been far beyond anything I could have imagined. His assistant and the whole team are simply incredible!! Every question I had, no matter how small, emotional, repetitive or anxiety-driven, was answered right away, with enormous patience and kindness!! Communication via WhatsApp was incredibly consistent. Not once during this whole time did I feel alone.

What makes this experience especially valuable is that nothing felt mechanical or formal. AND I REALLY MEAN IT!!!!!! Everything was sincere, warm, human and full of care… They truly treated me like a family member… My sister was with me throughout the whole process, and EVEN SHE kept saying how kind and attentive everyone was!!

On the day of surgery, his assistant took her time and went through every step with me carefully, calmly and in detail. Honestly, in situations like this, when you are making such an important personal decision, trust becomes the most important thing!! You just want to feel safe in the hands of the people around you, and that is exactly how they made me feel. I am incredibly grateful, truly!!

And now about Dr. Muhammet Dilber himself. I can honestly say that I have never met a doctor like him in my life. I am truly amazed, to be honest.

He is one of the kindest, most sensitive, sincere and caring surgeons I have ever met. You can really feel how much he loves what he does. IT IS HONESTLY CLEAR that for him this is not just a job: he sincerely wants the best for each of his patients, and you can feel it in every interaction, every consultation, every post-op check-up, every word of support and every little detail of his work!! His surgical technique, attention to detail, precision, artistic sense and understanding of facial harmony are simply incredible. He approaches his work with such thoroughness and pursuit of perfection that the results speak for themselves.

My nose looks so natural that I truly could not have imagined a better result for myself. It has only been three weeks since the surgery, and the recovery is going incredibly smoothly. His surgical technique, attention to detail, precision, artistic sense and understanding of facial harmony are absolutely, and I mean ABSOLUTELY, incredible!!!! His work is so delicate and meticulous… You can immediately see that he approaches rhinoplasty with both technical mastery and an artistic eye, and every detail is carefully thought through and tailored to the specific patient, rather than created on a “one nose for everyone” basis!! The result looks very natural, balanced and in harmony with my facial features… As far as I understood from my research, this requires not only surgical skills but also a real aesthetic sense and experience… Even the recovery so far confirms the quality of his technique: the swelling was minimal, healing is going calmly and steadily, and the whole process is very well organized and monitored…

What especially touched me was that after the surgery he personally came to check on me in the evening! He was sincerely happy to see my happiness… It didn’t feel like an ordinary doctor’s visit to a patient. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Dr. Muhammet Dilber. He is truly a wonderful doctor who loves his work and approaches it with great passion. It is only my first day after the surgery, and I feel very good: no pain at all, just slight discomfort, which is completely normal. I have no swelling at all, which surprised and pleased me a lot.

The Acibadem hospital team and Dr. Dilber’s staff were wonderful and supported me at every stage. The post-operative care was excellent, and the team really took care of me. When I woke up from the anesthesia, Dr. Dilber showed me my nose literally the moment I opened my eyes, and I immediately burst into tears of happiness. I couldn’t be more grateful! I had the opportunity to accompany a friend during her nose surgery at Acibadem hospital, and I truly cannot praise the team enough for the care and professionalism they showed throughout the whole process.

Hello! Today I will tell you a rather interesting story.

For some time I often had crusts and a burning sensation in my nose. Then, when inhaling, I started hearing a sound like a “whistle”. When I got curious about what was going on and decided to have it checked, it turned out that part of my nasal septum was missing and there was a “hole” between the two sides of the septum. It turned out that this condition is called a nasal septal perforation.

The causes of this problem can include frequent picking and injuring of the nose, excessive use of nasal sprays and the most harmful factor — cocaine use.

I had to undergo surgery, during which a donor cartilage was placed. The procedure lasted about 4–5 hours under general anesthesia, because the “hole” kept getting bigger while I was putting off the surgery.

The recovery period takes one month, and for 21 days there were packs in my nasal cavity at all times.

I urge everyone who has a similar problem not to delay treatment and not to be embarrassed, because this can happen to anyone.

Dr. Dilber is a wonderful professional, and I want to thank him and his whole team — as of today, the problem has been completely solved.

I had a simply AMAZING experience with Dr. Muhammet Dilber. Starting from booking the initial consultation with the assistants and arranging the package with the hotel and transfer for the surgery — all of this helped me feel completely safe, even though I came from the USA to Istanbul.

The office was beautiful, and Dr. Dilber really listened to what I wanted and made sure my wishes were heard while keeping my nose natural. On the day of surgery I was very nervous, and right before the anesthesia Dr. Dilber held my hand and kept reassuring me. Thanks to him, I felt calm, safe and in good hands.

The team came to check on me several times and was very attentive and kind. I realized that I had made the right decision for myself, and I am very glad I did it!
